Everyone thought with interest rates going up, the market would slow down but it is showing continued growth and activity. Also, with the warm weather comes the desire to catch up on projects, have a relaxing day visiting friends and family or hang out in the hammock. If it’s projects that need to be done, it may be best to make a written list and tackle them according to priority. What condition is the exterior of your home? Do you need to paint and caulk? Do you need to hire someone to do the work? Make it a habit to walk around the outside of your house at least once a week to check the condition.
